Today David and I got up and went into town to get some stuff for the trail 90's and on the way there we passed a guy on a trail 90 at a stop light. I look over and there he is kick starting it. I think it made David feel better that he and Austin aren't the only ones having trouble with theirs.
Then we got back and David sanded and painted a work bench he got at the junk yard. He also bought a 5500 lb pallet jack for $20 and it actually works. Nice huh? After that we went and swam which was nice and relaxing to get in the water. When we got back we found out that the Brackin's dog got ran over. He's alive but has a bad gash in his armpit area. Now he's all stitched up with a drain. Who knows how far that poor dog walked home after getting hit. Makes me sad.
Tonight we went to the Famous Preston Rodeo. It was a good time. Austin and Vicki's boy rode a sheep. Only one kid stayed on for any length of time but it was still so cute! After the rodeo was over we went to the carnival and got some carnival food. David was rather disappointed that we couldn't get funnel cakes because the wait was 15 minutes or maybe more. Well, it's after midnight and I'm tired so I'm out.
