Trail 90's Galore

The red Trail 90 is the first one we got. The yellow is the one we picked up last night. I would have taken better pictures of the yellow one but as you can see, it's between some others.

These 2 red ones are the ones we picked up tonight. The one on the left has the accessories that came with it. They're the grey pieces.

And this is the 1965 Yamaha that David picked up today for $10

Austin has one now too, so now the garage is full of Trail 90's.

The Races

Here is a video of a truck we saw at the races. Please excuse my camera man...he has been fired from camera duty. And it's blurry at first I think. Sorry, please bear with the crapiness! This truck ran twice. This is the second time. I didn't catch his time but the truck is going faster than it looks on the video.

Trip to Salt Lake

We just got back from spending the weekend in Salt Lake. Saturday was David's birthday and after a late start we made it to Salt Lake to the race track for some top fuel racing.

After the races were over they let people walk on the track to feel how sticky it was. It was sticky enough to pull your shoe off your foot.

Then on Sunday we spent most of the day with Austin's family. His brother in law took us on a little drive around the area and we went up some canyon and took some pictures.

Itwas a long but good weekend. After we left Austin's uncle's house, we stopped by Provo and picked up a toy for Austin. He got a yellow Trail 90! Then, David noticed that this one Trail 90 that he had called on (and never got a call back) was still on KSL so he called the guy and told him we wanted to come look at it. So, we all drove from Provo, to Tremonton to look at a van, to Pocatello to see this Trail 90. It was a looong drive! Anyways, David ended up buying this Trail 90 for a ridiculously cheap price. I still can't believe it. It has quite a few accessories on it that are missing on the other Trail 90 we got, so David's excited about that! Now we can all ride together!

Birthday Boy

Yep, it's David's birthday today! He is 26! He gets to celebrate his birthday at the races watching top fuel. And this morning he went out and got a couple things for our new Honda Trail 90. He's so excited to have this bike! At first I suggested we get a kayak for our birthday and so we almost got one but the guy ended up being weird and it fell through. I'm glad though...I don't really want to drown from a flipped over kayak. So I mentioned we should get a trail 90 and yesterday we bought one! It doesn't need any work really but David's been messing with it ever since he got it!

Freak Mosquitos

Occasionally I will swell up after getting bit by a mosquito and other times it's your run of the mill small bump. But ever since I came to Idaho, I have come across a breed of freak mosquitos. They make me itch to where I feel like I could scratch my skin off. And then the area swells up huge. I took a picture to show you but it's blurry. It's kinda hard to take a picture of your right hand with your left hand...when you're right handed. Not to mention I had to turn the flash off which means I have to hold the camera really still and well, apparently my left hand is a little shaky!

Please excuse the messy coffee table :0)

Can you see that lovely bump on the right side of my hand? Crazy I tell ya.

Birthday Present

Today David and I drove down to Salt Lake City and picked up a birthday present for the both of us!

For now we will have to share it but eventually we want to get another one. It's a trail bike. We can take it up into the mountains and go on trails that are too hard on foot or too narrow for 4 wheelers! We're super excited! Thanks Dad!!

Sunset

Tonight we went to a local reservoir and rode around in the boat and then we rode around in the speed boat. Afterwards we were all starving so we went and got some chinese. Yum. I took some pictures of the sky tonight when we got back to the house.
