Too Much Time On My Hands

I'm still having no luck with the whole job situation. I apply for about 50 billion jobs a day but no luck. At first, it was pretty sweet not working but now I'm just really bored and feeling really useless. I need a purpose, you know? I know, one of these days something will come along...or so they say :0)

All this time on my hands is giving me baby fever! I think I'm the only person in Idaho who doesn't have kids. I'm like missing out being apart of some super cool club. David won't let me drink the water around here! Ok, I'm kidding on that last one but a little Hannah Jr. would be cute huh?

As you can see I'm suffering from boredom and David hasn't been home in like a week. So on top of my boredom I'm missing my hubby. All I do is watch Roseanne marathons. And speaking of Roseanne...it's coming on so I'm out. Lata

MMM Coffee!!

My day has been made!! Ever since I've been here in Idaho, I've been craving coffee! There is a Starbuck's in Logan but who wants to drive 27 miles to get an iced mocha? Not me. David ate at this little local place a week or two ago and told me I should go there because they have coffee and muffins and such. The past few weeks though, I've totally forgot about the place.

The other day I was whining to David about how I waaaaant some coffee!!! And he said, "go to Noey's". So today I went today and got an iced mocha and boy did it hit the spot!! It is sooo good! I didn't even drink a lot of coffee in Oklahoma but I guess you miss what you think you don't have!
Ok, so this isn't my drink but it looks like it. mmm yum.
So got some good news today: I'm going to have a new nephew today! My cousin Jack's wife is in labor today! Ok, some of you might wonder how that makes him my nephew but that's how it works Indian way :0)
Welcome to the world Jeremiah Mark Jim Jr!

Nothing New

Last night I slept terribly so I slept off and on for part of today. Then I went to Logan to grocery shop with Vicki. Yesterday the back of my mouth started hurting because of my allergies and then it worked it's way down to my throat so I've had a sore throat all day :(

I did some research this morning on the internet and I think I have sleep apnea. Next time I go to the doctor I'm going to bring it up.

Last night we went to this restaurant that's connected to this gas station and had dinner. I had some ribs that were pretty good. I drank something called a Lime Ricky. It's a drink they have around here. It's sprite with lime and grape syrup. Interesting huh? It was pretty good. I think next time I'm going to try a Cherry Ricky. While I'm on the subject (again) of things offered here that are different than Oklahoma...people around here say "oh my heck" That's just a little info for you. It's not really something different they have here as in objects but it's a difference between here and home nontheless.

My camera's batteries are dead and I haven't gone anywhere lately so no new pictures.

Big J's

Today I was in town running errands and I was hungry so on the way back to the house I stopped off at a local fast food restaurant. It's a burger joint and tex-mex place all in one building. And next door is the owner's 3rd money maker...a pizza place. Anyways, I am still amused at the fact that they give out fry sauce around here. I even went to Sonic once and they asked me if I wanted fry sauce. It's ketchup and mayo. And tastes exactly as you would think that ketchup and mayo would taste. I guess I think it's strange that certain things are only available certain places, rather than available across the nation. For instance cheer wine on the east coast and fry sauce out here. They also have apple beer here. But I haven't tried that.

Please excuse the burger! I have a job interview this evening...hope it goes well! David wants to go on a drive this evening if I don't get back from my interview too late. Hopefully we'll go and I can get some pictures.

I watched baby Trace yesterday and he was soo good! I think it got my baby clock ticking again! Haha! Look at his sweet face. It's a little blurry but isn't he cute?

Sailing Again

Tonight after dinner we went sailing again. This time we were in a different sail boat but I liked it better than the first boat. This time sailing, we actually caught some wind and I finally got to experience the thrill of sailing. There was one time my side of the boat tilted really close to the water and it felt like I was going to fall out backwards. It was fun!

Here's David working on a sail.

This was at a local reservoir.
Can you tell how the boat is tilted in comparison to the land? It was really cool when the boat felt like it was going to tip over!

e.l.f-my new favorite website...for now

I'm watching baby Trace today and he's been napping for almost 2 hours and I have nothing to do. So here are some more pictures from yesterday.

Vicki also told me a while back about this website that has really cheap makeup. I checked it out today and I'm in love! It's www.eyeslipsface.com you should check it out. Just about everything is a dollar. Amazing is all I can say! I'm a sucker for lipstick and lipgloss!

A Taste of Home

Tonight after dinner David and Austin went for a little canoe ride. They had a blast.

Then shortly afterwards the sky grew dark and lightning flashed across the sky. It was cool. It reminded me of home except I didn't have to watch the news to see if a tornado was coming. I tried to get a shot of the lightning but I'm not that talented. So I opted for shots of the clouds but they didn't turn out well. But here they are anyway.
